A beautiful, spacious villa with a heated pool on the outskirts of a small tourist town, but at the same time close to everything you need for a fantastic holiday in northern Dalmatia. If you have identified in this description the perfect accommodation for your immediate family and/or friends, allow us to introduce you to this villa.
The villa is located in the small and quiet tourist town of Zaton. The possibilities to see sights and enjoy the Croatian gastronomy and culture in the surrounding towns are endless. Only 3 kilometers away is the city of Nin, rich in history and gastronomic offer, and 12 kilometers away is the same story of another city – the amazing city of Zadar.
The villa is part of a fully fenced plot and is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. It has an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen with mixed decorative elements of modern, rustic and industrial. It has a total of 4 bedrooms.
The main part of the villa has 3 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds, as well as another bathroom. A bedroom with a queen size bed is part of a smaller part of the villa with a separate entrance, which also has a small kitchen, living room and bathroom.
The outdoor area is a beautiful, open area with a heated pool. It is connected to a covered terrace with seating and dining area where you can enjoy your meals prepared on the outdoor barbecue.
property offers free parking, satellite TV, Wi-Fi throughout and individually controlled air conditioning and a heat pump for the entire house. This makes it perfect for a relaxing holiday even in the low season. Pets are allowed but must be approved by the homeowner. One smaller pet is free of charge, additional pets will be charged at an additional cost. Youth groups must be approved by the homeowner.
