Nestled in the quiet village of Maslenica, just a picturesque 28 kilometers from the historic city of Zadar, lies the enchanting villa.
The villa has a contemporary architectural style, distributed over a generous 10,000 square meter plot. Surrounded by carefully landscaped grounds of olive groves, oak forests and lush meadows, the villa offers a tranquil retreat close to the pristine waters, inviting guests to immerse themselves in water adventures and sun-drenched relaxation.
The fully air-conditioned villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and is ideal for 6 people. The layout consists of a ground floor and an upper floor with a modern, well-equipped kitchen for preparing family meals, as well as a welcoming living room equipped with furniture, a cozy corner sofa, coffee table and television. The dining area comfortably seats 8 guests.
On the ground floor there is a practical bathroom with shower cubicle, while a terrace with seating provides the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. As you ascend to the upper level, you will discover another living and dining area, as well as three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third has 2 single beds (90 x 200) that can be converted into a double bed.
Outside, there is an enchanting terrace with a refreshing 32-square-metre swimming pool that reaches a depth of 1.5 metres. Eight sun loungers provide ample space for leisurely sunbathing, complemented by an outdoor barbecue that offers options for cooking with gas, coal or wood. Nearby there is a covered dining area for 8 people, ideal for enjoying barbecue specialties.
Other amenities include a washing machine, iron and separate toilet. The enclosed courtyard of the villa offers 3 private parking spaces, 2 more are available outdoors.
Children will enjoy the dedicated playground with slide and swings, while guests of all ages can enjoy indoor entertainment including darts, table tennis, badminton and billiards.
Young groups are welcome in this villa. Only small breed pets are welcome.
