This beautiful property with swimming pool is located in a small village called Radašinovci surrounded by nature, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, offering everyone a quiet and relaxing holiday. It is only a few kilometers to the Vrana Lake Nature Park and the beautiful beaches of Pakostane.

The 225 m² villa is spread over two floors. Each floor has a self-contained holiday accommodation which is rented as one house:Ground floor:

On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining area. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and there is an additional toilet in the hallway. There are a total of 5 air conditioners throughout the villa.

1 floor:
On the second floor there is a small kitchen, living/dining area, bedroom, bathroom, sauna, shower and gym equipment. There is air conditioning in this apartment.

2nd floor/ attic:
Here you will find a small kitchen, fitness room and sauna.

Outside:
Outside there is a large barbecue area, wooden garden furniture and it is shaded. There is a playground for children and a large pool of 42 m2 with jacuzzi in the shallow part. Pets are allowed with the consent of the house owner for an extra charge of 10 EUR/day.

Location:
The ferry port in Biograd is only 15 km away and the Krka National Park is 40 km away.
