I had booked this tour for 3.00 p.m. but arrived much earlier and was able to join the bus tour earlier. This suited us much better as we did not have to hang around. Lovely tour, stopped twice for photo opportunities. The audio for the tour was a download that you listened to on your own phone.

Special thanks to our guide this morning, Givo for making our trip fun, memorable and meaningful. Givo is extremely professional, helpful and charming in all fronts. He paid attention to each and everyone’s needs and was super attentive and a careful captain of boat. We enjoyed every minute of this tour because of such a good guide Givo assigned to us. We are so lucky and really made our morning blue cave tour the highlight of our Dubrovnick trip. Thank you Givo, you are the best !! Sunny

Tour was 1 hr late & took nearly 2 hours - didn’t stop at Bridge - no guide in board. Bus driver at 2 stops just said “10 mins photos”. Had no idea order of audio guides . Not actually hop on hop off bus - just 2 hours being driven around. Worst tour ever - would actually like our money back! At conclusion multiple people were making complaints to ticket sellers . I suggest you remove from GYG as we have been happy with all our other GYG buys.

This tour seemed disorganized! We were suppose to hook up our phone to the WiFi on the bus but there were too many options that we were trying to figure out and missed seeing and noticing most of the tour …so we gave up! There should be a live person explaining along the way! Or earphone hookup like most hop on hop off buses. Disappointed!!

This tour isn't worth the money; you get a 1.5-hour bus ride and access to an app with recordings translated via Google Translate—and it’s not even clear what order to play them in. If you buy the audio guide that includes access to the Old Town, there’s no indication of when to play which track, making the audio guide completely useless. And the worst part is that the tour isn't cancelled even in terrible weather; a downpour started, so we couldn't take photos at the viewpoints and just sat on the bus—I believe tours should be rescheduled in situations like that.

We should have been told to bring our own headphones for the portion of audio. And when the driver tried to describe we could not hear him as he did not have a microphone. Therefore, it was an unguided tour not a hop on hop off that most people have to know.

The views during the tour were beautiful, and that was definitely the highlight. Unfortunately, the ride itself was quite bumpy and not very comfortable. The guide was on his phone several times while driving, searching for different music. For around three quarters of the entire tour, Romanian music was played at a very high volume. At the back of the bus, it was so loud that we had to cover our ears. Of course, there is nothing wrong with Romanian music, but the bus had passengers from different nationalities. We would have preferred more neutral music or simply a quieter atmosphere that would be suitable and enjoyable for everyone. Overall, the experience was not very relaxing or comfortable. The beautiful views were great, but the loud music, bumpy ride, and lack of professionalism from the guide made the tour disappointing.

A very thorough and comfortable way to see the sights of Dubrovnik, thank you! This tour allows one to enjoy the panaromic sights of Dubrovnik that you may not ordinarily see during regular trips to Old Town. The audio guide for both the bus and walking tour is self-guided and listen-at-own pace. This provides flexibility and allows you to stop the Old Town walking tour at any point, which is helpful if you don't want to see all the sights. Thank you for a splendid experience!
