Current assignment plan
We expect the assignment plan to be up to date at all times! That means, that you have to enter your own occupancies immediately in our portal. If a booking should come through our portal and you have forgotten to enter a private booking, our booking always has priority!

Availability via phone and e-mail
You oblige, to check your e-mails daily and to be available by phone, too. Your contact data will be saved in our system. If you are not available for a long time (holiday etc.), you have to inform us about it in time.
