If you are looking for a home for your holidays but are more interested in an urban environment, the cottage is for you! It is located in a quiet residential area in the city of Zadar and offers proximity to all the urban requirements you can think of – shops, markets, activities, attractions, beaches, nightlife... Everything is within reach. Holliday Home Urbana consists of two floors. Each floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan living space – living room, dining room and kitchen. In addition, each floor has two strategically placed air conditioners to control the temperature throughout the floor.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with 2 single beds each, which can be put together if desired, and one bedroom with a double bed. On the second floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and two bedrooms with double beds. The sofa in the living room can accommodate up to 2 more guests. All these amenities make this cottage the perfect place for a multi-family travel group with a maximum of 14 guests.
While you are having fun, swimming or sunbathing in the beautiful pool area, you can all come together on an enchanting terrace in the Dalmatian tavern décor. Preparing meals together, dining with family and friends or simply drinking a glass of wine in the evening in familiar company – that's what it's all about.
The holiday home offers its guests Wi-Fi, satellite TV and private parking.
Pets are allowed on request and with the consent of the house owner for an extra charge of 10 EUR/day/pet.
It is a semi-detached house. The owner lives on the property but has a completely separate entrance and yard.
Please note that regardless of the General Cancellation policy, a strict non-refundable rule is in place for Holiday Home Urbana.
