Located just 2 meters from the sea in a quiet bay, this house offers a unique holiday experience in the heart of nature. The house consists of a kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. In front of the house is a spacious terrace with a barbecue, inviting you to relax and enjoy the sea view. The house uses solar energy (12V i 220 V), and the only electrical appliance is a radio, providing an authentic nature experience. There is an indoor and outdoor shower. Since the water is rainwater, we recommend using it sparingly. For drinking, we advise you to use bottled water. The bay has mobile phone reception, and pets are welcome. You can reach the house in the owner's private boat, who will show you everything you need to know, or with your own boat, following the owner's instructions. This is an ideal opportunity to escape the everyday routine and enjoy the charm of the Kornati islands.

To get to the holiday home, you must first arrive in Betina on the island of Murter. Before departure, we recommend stocking up on food and supplies for the duration of your stay, as there are no shops in the Kornati islands. If you are arriving by car, secure and free parking is available on our private property. The price for round-trip transport is 200 €.

A 4-meter boat, equipped with a 4-horsepower outboard motor, is available for your use for €30 per day, perfect for exploring the wonderful Kornati archipelago. Kornati National Park is renowned for its exceptional natural beauty, crystal-clear sea, fascinating cliffs, and numerous hidden coves just waiting to be explored. By boat, you can visit many small islands and experience a unique combination of pristine nature and historical sites such as shepherds' huts and the remains of ancient dry-stone walls. Sea and nature lovers have the opportunity to sail, swim in secluded bays, dive, or simply relax in the sun. Fuel is provided and charged according to actual consumption.
