The property is located in the heart of Bukovica in the hinterland of Dalmatia. The coast and the nearest beaches are about 15 km away.
The ranch consists of two units: a ranch of 40 000 m2 and a tourist destination Fairy Valley 300 m from a ranch of 20 000 m2.
The ranch consists of two old stone houses, built 200 years ago, renovated in the original style, but equipped with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable life.
House 1:
The first stone house consists of a bathroom and two bedrooms for 4 people.
House 2:
The second stone house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living area and space for 2 additional single beds.
Exterior:
In front of both houses there is a courtyard with an outdoor fireplace. In between there is an outdoor pool of 36 m2 with an outdoor toilet. There is also a children's playground for younger guests. The ranch is surrounded by meadows and woods.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed here as the owner keeps sheep in the countryside around the house and has 2 dogs of his own.

The nearest shops are in the towns of Obrovac and Benkovac, which are about 20 minutes away.
